Shipping Policy

Trunkora currently ships to customers in the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is usually 8–15 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary because of product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Products may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations depending on stock availability. If an order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Trunkora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, customers should contact support@trunkora.com so the matter can be reviewed with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
